Have been here many times but Saturday night will be the last time I ever eat there. My boyfriend got a seafood pasta dish that came with spoiled seafood. By the time our waitress returned to check on us so he could send it back, my mom and I had finished our food. Then she commented twice that they had this same problem with the dish earlier that week. I get that once in awhile there will be a problem, and the manager was nice enough to come over and apologize and talk to us. But the fact that someone else made this same complaint two nights earlier and we still got spoiled food (fish at that) is very concerning. We were offered a free appetizer coupon for next time. I left it at the table as there will not be a next time.

I'm in town on business and I was craving a steak. I sat at the bar and I asked for a menu and I was given a drink menu by the bartender. I asked if I could eat at the bar and the manager (who was also behind the bar) told me I could but that after 5pm, no one was allowed to eat at the bar. It was 4:45pm and I felt awkward about eating dinner where I shouldn't be so I moved to a table. I enjoy eating at the bar when I'm out alone so I probably won't be back here for that reason as I would likely come back alone since I travel here on business. Both the bartender and server (I had to move seats mid transaction) complained about the fact that the drink pourers on their margaritas spill after I ordered the advertised margarita. I was warned to hold the pourer a certain way or end up with a margarita in my lap. Next time, I think I'll skip the hassle and order something served more reliably. My server was great. She forgot to bring me my onion loaf but she brought me a few onion rings after my meal so I could try them, with her apologies. My steak was ordered medium rare and was served medium well to well done. After reseating, worrying about my drink spilling on me, and missing my onion rings, I was over being there and ate it as is. The steak had a nice char on the outside but it was essentially a hockey puck by the time I got it. I got the blue cheese on it which was a nice salty slab. They advertise a special butter that comes on the steak but I didn't see it. The dinner salad was a basic dinner salad, heavy on iceberg and the "loaded" baked potato came loaded with a small dab of sour cream and some loose strands of cheddar. My server was very nice. The bartender was great. This is probably a better place for large groups and their advertised ribs instead of steak.

After realizing that on Sunday in Green Bay wi lots of bars and restaurants are closed I ended up here, change of plans. The staff was great. The place was kind of dark. Service was very fast and the food came out fast also. I started with the andouille sausage soup with rice. The rice perfect and added to the soup last because it was firm and not mush. It was spicy and tasted like gumbo with sausage in every bite. See the pictures. Next was the 12 oz ribeye with loaded mash. First off the loaded mash was half the size the web site shows and was pretty small. The ribeye was very good, it had amazing grilled flavor and It was tender and juicy. Bottom line is I would go back not for the sides but for that amazing grill flavor.

I contacted the person who replied to my review. I have received no response. Clearly, this business is not concerned with their customers.

I wasn't sure what to expect from this. I love ribs, but chains have a bad record with them. And, with me, they still do. Oh, they were okay. Just that: okay. And the onion loaf thing was fine. But the service was spotty, they didn't seem to know what craft beers were, If you're near the airport with a lot of people, it fits the bill. Otherwise, there are better options.

We went last night for a family dinner and WOW! We had great service and amazing food! My husband and son each had the full rack of Baby Back Rubs in the original sauce and could not have been more pleased. And our waiter, very well educated in letting us know the difference in styles of ribs, etc. My second son and I each had the Ribeye. WoW! Tender and great taste. None of our dinners had excessive fat to eat around, always a plus. So recommend and will definitely be back! Oh and the atmosphere, very cozy!

The service was great. The shrimp appetizer was AMAZING! I could eat it as an entree! Husband had the baby back ribs and the petite filet steaks. WONDERFUL. I had the St. Louis Ribs. Not so good. Super fatty and tough. Next time I'll get the baby back's but I would eat here again.

While I don't usually go for chain restaurants, Tony Roma's has the best perch fish fry in the area, IMHO. The fish has a light breading (not beer battered) and is not at all greasy. Each order comes with 3 butterflied perch, which come piping hot and flaky. My other usual standby order is a Caesar salad with grilled chicken. They'll make it with salmon if you like, or their crunchy chicken strips if you ask nicely. Unlike most other restaurants they do NOT drench their salads in dressing. I, for one, hate my lettuce swimming in dressing, and their light drizzle is perfect. This Roma's has great service, most of the waiters and waitresses having been here long-term. When my family goes we always ask for Dana because she's one of the best (Laura and Tony are great as well). Sometimes it can be a wait if you want to have dinner at a busy time, but ask the bartender for a deck of cards and enjoy a drink before you're seated.

We had heard this Tony Romas had great friday night fish but didnt beleive it. We dont typically patronize national chains but this one is locally owned. We had pick a place last friday that could sit 8 people with out a 2 hour wait... Have to say the fish exceeded all expectations. Had family in from LA, DE, MN and all were craving fish and all raved about the service, sides and more. Highly recommend and will return frequently.

We three women went to Tony Romano's after an excursion to the casino since their buffet was closed for remodeling. We couldn't have made a better choice! We arrived at Tony Romano's at around 1PM and found ample parking. Upon walking into the restaurant, we were welcomed by the delicious aroma of barbequed pork. While that smelled great, it was not what I wanted to eat, so I was pleased to find a full menu of assorted quality meals. So many of their offerings looked good that even the two decisive women in the group were challenged to select just one meal! I chose a salad that was offered with chicken and autumn root vegetables, but I requested salmon (offered elsewhere on the menu) instead of chicken. Our server, Tony, was very pleasant and helpful, and not the least bit uncomfortable with our requests for substitutions. My sister had the shrimp scampi pasta dish and our friend had a chicken and artichoke dish. Each of us rated our meals at 10/10, and we rate the service at 5/5. The ONLY reason I am not giving a five (5) star rating here on Yelp is due to the table height (up to my chest - and I'm 5'10"!!) and the low seat height. Rather uncomfortable. Perhaps the tables and chairs on the main floor were better than the perimeter booths where we sat. Women's washroom was clean and properly supplied. I highly recommend this restaurant, and I will definitely choose to return to this establishment the next time I'm in the area. There are so many entrees on the menu that were appealing and offered at reasonable prices, that I will have to return several times! When I return, I will ask for Tony as a server. Also, be sure to check in on Foursquare - I did and received 10% off of the total food and non-alcoholic beverage portion of the bill.

Not usually a fan of restaurant chains when I travel, but since I was stuck in Green Bay and the restaurant in the airport closes at 7, and this was the closest non-fast food place, I settled. After a $22 three mile taxi ride(minimum charge of 20 plus $2 fee for credit card) in the dirtiest mini van, we were there. The place is known for it's baby back ribs, so I ordered a "Roma Rack", which was 9 ribs as opposed to the Full rack, which was 12 ribs. Picked Carolina Honey as my flavor. Good ribs. Meat falling off the bone. This place was much better than I expected. The best part was the service. Just great service!

Will never waste my time in this place again. Ordered the shrimp appetizer and the dipping sauce had to be from a can. The baked potato soup looked and tasted like it was days old. The onion curls appetizer wasn't good either and nacho cheese would have been a better dip than whatever it was served with. I ordered for carryout and the first thing I told her was that I had a 25 dollar groupon. When I tried to pick it up I was told the groupon was for dine in only. Threw out over half the food I ordered rather than eat it. Also, the prices on my receipt were more than the menu online stated. Bottom line, if you roll up on a tony romas keep driving.
